Hey everyone,
Here is the mana show. It comes in at record length due to all of your contributions, but I also think it's great for that very same reason. It's all you!
Let me know what you think, especially with regards to how we move forward with this project. I personally feel we should throw all our efforts into getting HunaTrainer Season 2 off and running, then revisit this later on as the spirit moves. All of the ideas we've come up with here can be covered by Po in Season 2, I think.
That interesting clip from Serge King also raises an interesting discussion point.
Anyway, thanks again for all your help, everyone! It's been a great ride.
Jerry

Hey! Spiffy new forum we have here! I like the refresh. Feels very appropriate.
Thanks, everyone. Interesting how I'm getting so much appreciation when my part in this last show was at its all time low! I counted about 6 minutes of "me" among the 1:28+ total time. So its all of us together who should be getting the props. This is just how I drew it up, so I am also very happy with the way things have turned out.
Jerry

Jerry, mahalo mahalo nui loa for the great show. Exactly today I was thinking like - I feel today like I've run out of mana, hmm, what could I do about it.Then feeling like I have nothing I would like to do, I remembered - hey, I can take a peek in Ohana, because there's always something new to find and then I came across this show and was - wow, this was put there right for me! I really enjoyed it. Speaking about receiving great amount of aloha and mana - recently while visiting my garden I decided to go to Halawa as well, 'cause I haven't been there for a really long time and as I got there I was really amazed of the enormous amount of the energy that came to me like a huge wave. It was really awesome experience! Aloha Josephine

Jerry,
Did you notice a problem with the Huna Training podcast in the iTunes registry? I just tried to subscribe to it from my new laptop and there seems to be a problem. I'm trying to figure out if that problem is isolated to me.

Yes, you're right! I just deleted the KPN podcasts from my iTunes, resubscribed to the feed, then got a message saying that there were no downloadable files on that feed. Could this have something to do with the refresh of this board's software?

Understanding that I truly have NO idea about what I'm talking about: Initially -- the only way I could get to the "new" board was through Po's HunaTrainer.com site -- because the link I used was pointing to bbs.jeditrainer.com -- which then seemed to have this invisible pass through (don't know how else to explain it) to bbs.hunatrainer.com . Almost like the jedi site still existed somehow -- somewhere in "background". When I clicked on my routine bookmark -- I was taken to jeditrainer and got a message that the Board was not available. So -- since the KPN dates back to before we had to convert from jeditrainer to huntrainer -- perhaps the background feeds are still pointing to jedi ?? Or not. -- hugs from here -- Satsuma

That's my hunch, too, Satsuma. I've contacted Ku'el about it, and am awaiting his expert word. I'm hoping we just need to update the KPN feed for it to all work again as before.

Jerry wrote: Could this have something to do with the refresh of this board's software? Well, they did seem to roughly coincide with one another. What I can't tell just by the source is whether Po upgraded the phpBB software or just changed the skin. If it's the latter, then it's probably not due to that. When I try to get to the feed directly (typing http://feeds.feedburner.com/JediTrainerCombbspc into a browser), I get an teh following error message "Sorry, but this board is currently unavailable. Please try again later" This is leading me to believe that it's a feedburner site problem. I'm not sure who administers that (I think Po set it up) - but I think you post to it when you publish a new episode. Did you get some kind of error message? Anyway - let me offer my services to try to debug this. I'll just need a little help from you and Po to get me up-to-speed on the accounts we have set up and how it's supposed to work (like a general knowledge transfer). Aloha, Fib

Fib -- it's Kue'l you need to offer your assistance to -- not Po. Just so you know. We use Pohaku's server -- but K does all the techie background "work" on the Board. And yes, it was a software upgrade, not just a skin change. Mahalo for reaching out and offering to help ! Much appreciated. Hugs from here -- Satsuma
