Oh, Jerry - thank you so much for putting these together. I'm listening as I type this because it came at such a right time.
I got an immediate jolt of positive mana within the first 30-40 seconds and I'm on cloud 9 now. I was just putting together a major donation of business clothes to help a young person feel confident in getting a better job. I'm feeling my Ku connect to the spirit of encouragement and coaching!
This Hunatraining episode is resonating nicely with that spirit.
Thanks so much for doing what you're doing!
...More feedback when I've completed the episode..
Aloha,
Fibonacci

I listened to the podcast half asleep and this word, "comfort", jumped out to me. I hadn't realized how uncomfortable I feel in my life. Thanks. As Pohaku said at the beginning of his podcasts, there is something here for me at just this moment that I need to hear.
I will be looking at Lono and finding comfort in it. See you in a couple of weeks!

Great, Meham! I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Putting the effort into getting something "outthere" will help you a lot, as it has me.

Hmmm... strange deal with your home Internet connection... sounds like an opportunity for your Ku to fix! Seriously, when "mechanical" stuff like that starts breaking down in my life, I do a quick chat with Ku, and inevitably, things get fixed. Here's a little story to illustrate what I mean:
Last winter my family and I were getting ready to head out to the slopes for our first ski trip of the season. I put this long ski carrier box on the roof of our car (a yearly chore), but when I tried opening it, the lock was totally stuck. No matter which key I tried, it wouldn't open. I took a deep breath, closed my eyes, then asked my Ku to give me a picture of this situation. I saw an image of a long metal rod, about 20cm in diameter, sticking vertically into the ground. When I tried turning it, it wouldn't move. I then asked Ku to send me some help, and instantly in my hand was an old-style oil can. I applied as much oil as I could to the base of the rod. <poka poka poka poka> went the oil can... then the rod began to losen, and after a bit I was able to turn it. I felt really happy about that. Then I opened my eyes, took a deep breath, and in a slow, smooth, and relaxed movement, put the key into the ski carrier lock. Of course it opened perfectly!!! That was SO COOL!!!!
So, in similar manner, I wish you good luck on fixing your Internet connection, and being able to download and listen to more HunaTraining podcasts!
Jerry

So that's what's happening!
Oh, wait. I was just thinking about that before I logged on.
Never mind.

Yes, we only had Meham this time, and boy, was it great to hear from her! I also would like to hear from more people, but I understand that people are busy or whatever. Knowing that folks are doing 39 other things and yet still manage to contribute something makes it all the more special.
I hope to hear from you on Lono! Something short and sweet would be great!
Jerry

Yeah... as much as I like the sound of my own voice, it felt really weird. It was the other voices that inspired me to open my mouth at all. I missed you all.

Very nice show!
It was a lot of fun to remember and do again the "easier" exercises without the garden. I couldn't stop laughing with you at your rubber buzzing!
I'm having a lonely time here, since I'm new in town and don't know a soul. Doing introspective work-out is being very exciting.
Love,
Tiago

Hey Tiago,
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, it's funny what the ku brings up sometimes! Glad to know you're doing well in Brazil. I'm sure life is quite an adventure now. With such a clean slate, it will be interesting to see what sort of people you bring into your life.
Take care, and hope to hear from you on a future podcast!
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
This was great, simple and practical. I appreciated being reminded of the high bandwidh method of communication and of the simple exercises. Very effective.
I like the way the show is evolving,
ku'el.
